RE.: Student Organization Funding
The Student Government Association has a small amount of funding available for active Student Organizations on campus this Summer 2009.
The Summer 2009 SGA Funding Packets will be accepted electronically ONLY on May 7, 2009 and will be accepted until all available funds have been allocated OR the budget submission deadline, July 27, 2009.

Once completed, budget packets must be e-mailed to the SGA Treasurer at sgatres@erau.edu
Please remember that SGA does not fund the following:
Shirts and uniforms
Dues (membership or organization)
Salaries, gifts, trophies, scholarships, and money for other organization's officers and members
Politically associated costs
Food for the individual Club or organization
Miscellaneous expenditures deemed inappropriate by the student finance board
Budget packets will be reviewed by the Student Finance Board and you will be e-mailed within 2 weeks of your submission with your allocation amount.
All monies allocated to your Organization must be spent this Summer. All receipts will be due by 5:00 p.m. August 7, 2009 to the SGA office.
