Banner Policies & Procedures
The SGA
accepts banners in the following formats:
48” x 36”
* JPEG
* Power Point Slide
* Publisher file
Rates for students
and student organizations:
All clubs
and organizations receive a $50 credit each semester by the SGA to be used for
color
printing and banner printing.
25¢ a page for color
prints
$7 per banner
Rates for
University departments:
25¢ a page for color
prints
$10 per banner
Submitting
banners to be hung in the Student Center:
* Banners must be
submitted by email to dbbanner@erau.edu
* Banners must be
submitted no later than Thursday at 5pm
* Banner space is
limited to one banner per club or organization per week
* Banners must
advertise a legitimate event or activity and must include:

of event
Time
of event
Location
of event
* Banners cannot promote
alcohol or the suggestion of alcohol, nudity or any other inappropriate themes
Submitting
banners to be picked up in the SGA office:
* Banners must be
submitted by email to dbbanner@erau.edu
* Banners must be
submitted at least 3 business days in advance
* Banners cannot
promote alcohol or the suggestion of alcohol and/or nudity or any other
inappropriate themes
SGA
reserves the right to refuse to print banners that are not in accordance with
the banner policy.
